During the <i>fasting times<\/i>, we are prone to rough sun exposure, sweat, perspiration and a dangerous level of fluid loss. Greasy and unhealthy foods in suhoor and iftar can cause great damage to our overall health. So this year, we would like to suggest some effective <i>Ramadan<\/i> <i>health tips <\/i>for you-<\/p>\n<h3><b>Keep Yourself Hydrated<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bikroy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Ramadan-hydrate-flavoured.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1657\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bikroy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Ramadan-hydrate-flavoured.jpg\" alt=\"hydrate Ramadan\" width=\"639\" height=\"369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.bikroy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Ramadan-hydrate-flavoured.jpg 680w, https:\/\/blog.bikroy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Ramadan-hydrate-flavoured-300x173.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 639px) 100vw, 639px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Low intake of liquids during <i>fasting times<\/i> can lead to dehydration. In mild cases, dehydration can be uncomfortable but in severe ones it can be life threatening. Avoid drinking sugary carbonated beverages, such as soda and artificial juices as well as drinks that initiate water loss like tea and coffee (both of them are diuretics and causes dehydration).<\/p>\n<p>It is important to drink enough pure water during suhoor, iftar and post-iftar times. 1.5 to 2 litres are recommended by specialists, so make sure to store enough water in your <i><a href=\"https:\/\/bikroy.com\/en\/ads\/bangladesh\/home-appliances\">water-purifiers<\/a><\/i> to purify and chill it before iftar. Drink your water slowly but repeatedly or you\u2019ll feel sick. Some people don\u2019t like plain water; experiment with some natural additives like- lemon or rose essence. A <i>balanced diet<\/i> can help you maintain your normal weight. The <a href=\"https:\/\/bikroy.com\/en\/ads\/bangladesh\/food\">food<\/a> you choose to eat can also prevent dehydration during the day. Proper suhoor and healthy iftar options include a lot of fresh <i><a href=\"https:\/\/bikroy.com\/en\/ads\/bangladesh\/food-agriculture\">fruits and vegetables<\/a><\/i> that contain a generic amount of water\u2013 these can also help with digestion.<\/p>\n<p>Also, fruits and veggies help you to fight constipation that many suffer from during the first few <i>Ramadan<\/i> days as a result of irregular water intake, eating time and lesser physical activity. Excessive sugar, carbohydrates, fatty and deep fried foods can cause great damage to your <i><a href=\"https:\/\/bikroy.com\/en\/ads\/bangladesh\/clothing-health-beauty\">health and beauty<\/a><\/i>.
