Running heavy apps on an Android powered smartphone may drain battery quickly. However, there are a number of ways to get the most battery life from your phone device.<\/p>\n

A Word of Caution When Buying a Used Android Phone<\/strong>Online classifieds are increasingly being used to lookup used mobile phones for sale. It is relatively easy to find good mobile phone deals on these websites. However, you must carefully inspect the phone battery of the device you\u2019re considering to purchase. The settings menu on any Android phone will display the remaining battery in days and hours. If the battery is near the end of its useful life, it will display very little battery life even when the phone device is fully charged. If you buy a phone with a poor or dead battery, then the only way of getting a longer battery life is to purchase a new battery.

Reduce Facebook, Twitter and Email Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Running excessing social media and messaging apps simultaneously keeps you connected with your social circle but drains the battery. Reduce unimportant activity for the times when a charger is connected to the device. When the phone is running on a battery, try cutting down these apps to increase the battery life.<\/p>\n

Turn Off Radios that You Don\u2019t Need<\/strong><\/p>\n
