Bikroy is the largest marketplace in Bangladesh. In 2012, Bikroy started its journey in the Bangladesh market, using technology to create a better & more sustainable form of commerce.
At Bikroy, we have always considered ensuring a good company culture for our 200+ employees which keeps them motivated. Looking at 2023, we have compiled some of our events with our employees since we introduced Bikroy on the LinkedIn platform.
Engaging Environment
Bikroy believes in creating a friendly and fun-loving work environment for the employees which ultimately reduces the stress level of the employees. As part of our casual work environment, we always try to follow the tradition of arranging different events to bring all our colleagues together and celebrate small and big joys.
- New Year Celebration 2023:
A new year celebration marks an opportunity to set the tone for the upcoming year.
With this motto, the whole Bikroy family welcomed their new year with a vivid and cheerful celebration to gear up themselves to achieve more business milestones!
- International Women’s Day 2023:
This women’s day we pledge towards ensuring a gender-equal world. Where the world is unbiased and the differences among people are always valued and celebrated. Breaking the bias will never be possible with scattered efforts but can be eliminated with collective efforts by people from all walks of life.

- Monthly Birthday Celebration:
Our employees are our family. We love to make our employees feel very special on their birthdays. We do different kinds of activities to celebrate their birthday and try to make them feel that we value their special days.
- International Mother’s Day 2023:
Bikroy celebrated International Mother’s Day on May 8, 2023. No language can express the power and beauty and heroism of a mother’s love. To appreciate & value their efforts, Bikroy employees who are mothers were appreciated through a surprise gift hamper.

No language can define the power and heroism of a father’s love. To appreciate & value their efforts, Bikroy has celebrated Father’s Day by sharing some beautiful pictures & fun facts about their fatherhood. - Environment Day 2023 Celebration:
On Environment Day 2023 Bikroy arranged a photography contest for their employees where they showcase their home garden and posted it on the Bikroy Family group. Winners were announced based on the likes & comments on their pictures.

- Employee Wellness Program with Praava Health:
Bikroy always emphasizes creating a supportive and inclusive workplace so that employees are happy, healthy & productive. Keeping this in mind, Bikroy arranged an “Employee Wellness Program” for their employees in association with Praava Health. We arranged a session on maintaining health during Ramadan for all our employees so that they can give more attention to their well-being.

- Moner Janala Q1, 2023:
On Women’s Day, Bikroy proudly presents Moner Janala – which aims to provide women with the opportunity to learn and grow through a new initiative.
Our heartfelt thanks to Tasnuva Ahmed, CEO, Cloud Convoy, Director, Astha.IT & National Vice President, JCI Bangladesh, for gracing us with her presence. Through our initiative, we talked about “How Innovation, technological changes, and education can help gender equality ” to unleash the full potential of women by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to lead a successful life in the digital age.
- Moner Janala Q2, 2023:
Bikroy proudly presents Moner Janala, which aims to provide women with the opportunity to learn and grow through a new initiative. In support of our female employees’ mental well-being, we recently organized an engaging stress management session.
In association with Konna, we were honored to host Senior Psychologist Irin Alam Joyti from Labaid Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Centre. Through her expertise, the session offered valuable insights and practical tools on deep meditation & effective stress-handling strategies to improve personal and professional lives. Initiatives like these exemplify our dedication to cultivating a healthier work environment and prioritizing our colleagues’ well-being.

- Training on ‘Membership Benefit & Voucher Sell Planning – February’:
As a part of a regular employee development program, Bikroy helps their employees develop and grow skills, which better equips them for their current roles. Bikroy arranged an in-house training program for improving employee skills, especially for the outstation team. We had the immense pleasure to have Sayara Begum, Head of Member Relations as the Facilitator of this training session named “Membership Benefit & Voucher Sell Planning”. She discussed with the participants about our different membership packages & whom to offer which type of package.
- Training on ‘Ticket Raising‘:
As a part of a regular employee development program, Bikroy helps their employees develop and grow skills, which better equips them for their current roles. Bikroy arranged an in-house training program for improving the employee skills of all sales teams. We had the immense pleasure to have MD. MOHIBUL ALAM, Head of Customer Support was the Facilitator of this training session named “Ticket Raising”. He discussed with the participants how efficiently the teams can communicate within the team and solve the raised issues internally.
- Training on ‘Slip Master & MMS‘:
Bikroy conducted a Training Session for the employees on “Slip master & MMS” by Khawza Shahzeer Ehsan with a focus to develop the performance & skills of the employees. The training was held on February 16, 2023.
- Training on ‘Reshape Working Strategy through Excel‘:
Bikroy arranged an in-house training program on “Reshaping Working Strategy through Excel”. We had the immense pleasure to have Mohammad Arif Sarker, Senior Executive, IT & Administration as the Facilitator of this training session. From this training, the participants got to learn about working on different reports by using Excel. The Training was held on February 06, 2023.
- Training on ‘Product Knowledge, MMS & Visit Tracker‘:
Bikroy regularly works on Employee Skill Development as it helps improve employees’ existing competencies and skills and develops newer ones to support the organizational goals. Keeping that in mind, Bikroy arranged a training session named “Product Knowledge, MMS & Visit Tracker”. It was our pleasure to have Khairul Alam, Deputy Manager, Product Development & QA as the Training Facilitator for the session. The highlight of the session was an insightful and interactive way of learning for the participants.

Bikroy participated in the IUB Career & Networking Day 2023 organized by Independent University Bangladesh on February, 203. In this day-long career fair, we received tremendous responses from fresh graduates & other professionals who were interested to know about our organization & the available job opportunities. We hope to get potential candidates from this fair who will be the right fit for our ongoing opportunities.
