- Employee Wellness Program with Praava Health
Bikroy.com always emphasizes creating a supportive and inclusive workplace so that employees are happy, healthy & productive. Keeping this in mind, Bikroy.com arranged an “Employee Wellness Program” for their employees in association with Praava Health. We arranged this free health checkup campaign for all our employees so that they can give more attention to their well-being. Praava Health offered our employees basic health checkups, and medical consultations & also advised our employees to maintain a healthy life.

Every day our Customer Support team strives to make your business accelerate over the Internet. To support and acknowledge their hard work, Bikroy has celebrated Customer Support Week 2022 from the 2nd to the 5th October. On this occasion, our employees were greeted by our CEO and HODs for their effort and efficiency toward the customers.

- International Men’s Day 2022
November 19 is observed as International Men’s Day. The theme for this year was “Celebrating Mateship”. Here at Bikroy, to make all the strong men here at the office feel special, we took a moment to appreciate them through a special arrangement. To celebrate the event, we invited the renowned Writer & Director Mr. Vicky Zahed as our special guest.

On the occasion of the FIFA World Cup 2022, Bikroy employees gathered and cheered for their favorite teams with colorful jerseys, fun games, and activities.
- Victory Day Celebration 2022
To celebrate the special occasion of Victory day Bikroy.com arranged a themed celebration program on the office premises. The program became vibrant and more engaging through the active participation of all the teams in the fun games & cultural programs. Bikroy.com celebrated International Women’s Day at the office. This time Women’s day theme was #breakthebias which represents a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. And Bikroy believes in women’s equal participation in every sector.
Keeping the theme in mind, this time we arranged the “Moner Janala” session where we invited Ms. Sabira Mehrin Saba, Founder & CEO, of Wander Women. She shared her story about how she started the wander women journey & as a woman how she is handling the tourism activity for females along with her full-time job. The session was very interactive & inspiring for all the employees of our organization.

Bikroy.com arranged the “Moner Janala” Session for Q2, 2022 for all employees on May 19, 2022. The motto of this session was to ensure a healthier working environment and continuous professional development for our employees. This time we talked about the “Mental Health at Workplace” for our employees as we know mental health at the workplace plays a bigger role in the employee’s productivity. It was our pleasure to have our special guest Psychologist, Ms. Farzana Fatema who shared her expert knowledge & also shared advice with the employees. The session was highly interactive doing the physical activities & relaxation session.

Bikroy.com arranged an in-house training program for improving employee skills, especially for our calls team from a customer service perspective. We had the immense pleasure to have MD. MOHIBUL ALAM, Head of Customer Support is the Facilitator of this training session named “Soft Skills & Service Guideline”. He discussed with the participants how efficiently the teams can communicate with the customers & shared suggestions with mock call practices.

Employee Skill Development is a regular part of Bikroy.com as we believe it will motivate & increase the employee’s productivity. Keeping this in mind, 3 of our nominated employees of Bikroy.com attended the Masterclass Training by Ghulam Samdany Don where they learned leadership skills, productivity, psychometric tests, etc. It was 2 days of training on August 19 & 20th, 2022.
- Knowledge Sharing Session on Leadership
Employee Skill Development is a regular part of Bikroy.com as we believe it will motivate & increase the employee’s productivity. Keeping this in mind, the Bikroy HR team arranged a knowledge-sharing session on Leadership which will help the participants to have self-control and unleash inner leadership by doing different exercises on “Know yourself first”. It was our pleasure to have Mr. Md. Jomir Hossain, Head of BikroyJobs, Mr. MD. MOHIBUL ALAM, Head of Customer Support & Mr. Md. Monir Hossain, Team Lead, Telesales as the Facilitators for the session. The training was held on September 01, 2022.
- Effective Consumer Communication Training
Employee Skill Development is a regular part of Bikroy.com as we believe it will motivate & increase the employee’s productivity. Keeping this in mind, 3 of our nominated employees of Bikroy.com attended the Training by Mr. Galib Bin Mohammad where they learned effective communication techniques, etc. It was held on September 02, 2022.
- Training on “Increasing Work Efficiency by Excel & Google sheet”
Bikroy.com arranged an in-house training program on “Increasing Work Efficiency by Excel & Google sheet”. We had the immense pleasure to have Mohammad Khairul Alam, Product Coordinator as the Facilitator of this training session. From this training, the participants got to learn about working on different reports by using excel & Google Sheets. The Training was held on September 10, 2022.
- Training on “Soft Skills & Service Guidelines Q3“
Bikroy.com conducted a Training Session for the calls agents on “Soft Skills & Service Guidelines Q3” by Md. Mohibul Alam with a focus to develop the performance & skills of the employees. The training was for 2 days with 2 batches of participants. The training was held on September 17 & 24, 2022.
- Training on “Bikroy Display Ad Solution”
Bikroy.com regularly works on Employee Skill Development as it helps improve employees’ existing competencies and skills and develop newer ones to support the organizational goals. Keeping that in mind, Bikroy arranged a training session named “Bikroy Display Ad Solution”. It was our pleasure to have Mr. Sanjoy Biswas, Head of Corporate Sales as the Training Facilitator for the session. The highlight of the session was a really insightful and interactive way of learning for the participants.
- Training on “Increasing Work Efficiency by Excel & Google sheets”
Bikroy.com arranged an in-house training program on “Increasing Work Efficiency by Excel & Google Sheets” batch 02. We had the immense pleasure to have Mohammad Khairul Alam, Product Coordinator as the Facilitator of this training session. - BYLC Career Expo 2022
The Bikroy.com HR team & BikroyJobs team attended the BYLC Career Expo 2022 Spot Interview session. On behalf of Bikroy.com Head of HR Rehenuma Islam and Head of BikroyJobs Jomir Hossain were present among with others at the session. We got so many responses from the candidates for different roles in our organization. Thanks to Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) for sharing the platform & arranging such sessions for the corporates.
- UIU Job Fair 2022
Bikroy.com participated in the UIU National Job Festival 2022 organized by UIU Career Counseling Center. At this 2 days long career fair, we received tremendous responses from fresh graduates & other professionals who were interested to know about our organization & the available job opportunities. We hope to get potential candidates from this fair who will be the right fit for our ongoing opportunities.
- Career Grooming Session by IUB Career Placement Center
Bikroy.com regularly works for talent development with different universities. This time also Bikroy took a Career Grooming Session with a collaboration of Independent University, Bangladesh, Office of Career Guidance, Placement & Alumni Relations (CGP&AR) for the students who are going for an Internship. Ms. Rehenuma Islam, Head of HR & Culture of Bikroy.com was the Guest Speaker at this session where she discussed CV writing, interview skills, and preparation for the assessment center. We also had Mr. Md. Jomir Hossain, Head of BikroyJobs who shared ideas about the current job market scenario & also suggested how they can prepare themselves for the job market. Around 65 students participated in this session and are going to graduate within a few months. We wish them good luck!

Bikroy.com participated in the AIUB Job Fair 2022 organized by American International University Bangladesh on November 12, 2022.
